Michael Marvin Dugan is wanted on escape charges in Nebraska. He is also wanted in numerous jurisdictions for property crimes committed during the course of his escape, including theft of motor vehicles, theft of firearms, and burglary. On June 28, 2005, Dugan along with two accomplices (they have since been arrested) allegedly assaulted a corrections officer and escaped from a county jail in Oshkosh, NE. Dugan had been arrested for the felony theft of a semi-tractor and while in jail was awaiting trial for this offence. On Aug 11, 2005, Dugan was located in Montana by law enforcement officers. A pursuit ensued but Dugan eluded the officers by escaping into a wooded area. Dugan was not apprehended and his whereabouts remain unknown. Dugan occasionally wears glasses and may be clean shaven. He is also a self-reported member of the "Hells Angels." Additionally, Dugan has ties to Tennessee and Montana. Should be considered armed and dangerous and an escape risk. |
